Highlights

Overview

Users can highlight records in of the Master Chart while navigating in Viewer or Workbench mode. For example, you can highlight 'Remote Workers' to easily locate them in the chart.

Note

Administrators can create and edit Highlights in the Chart Settings: Filters & Highlights panel for use in Viewer and Workbench.

Accessing the Highlights Panel

  1. Click on the 5_2_Viewer_Highlight.png icon when in Viewer or Workbench mode.

  2. The Highlights panel is displayed to the right side of the screen.

Applying Highlights

  1. Check the checkbox to the left of a Highlight to enable it.

  2. Optionally, enable more than one Highlight to compound the results.

  3. Uncheck the checkbox to the left of a Highlight to disable it.

Note

When one or more Highlights are enabled in the account, the Highlights icon will appear like this: 5_2_Highlight_Enabled.png.

When no Highlights are enabled, the Highlights icon will appear like this:5_2_Viewer_Highlight.png.

Tip

If desired, Administrators can enable a Highlight by default. Reference the Chart Settings: Filters & Highlights article for more information about Default-On Highlights.
