Overview
OrgChart can pull employee data directly from Paylocity. The following article provides information regarding how to prepare your Paylocity instance for OrgChart integration.
Obtain Credentials
In order to pull your Paylocity data into OrgChart, you'll need to do the following:
Open a ticket with the Paylocity Web Service team, so that you can obtain client credentials. You'll need to provide the following information:
Paylocity Company Name
Paylocity Company Code
Request type - Get Employees (Unrestricted)
Paylocity will supply the following credentials in an encrypted data folder:
Client ID
Client Secret
Paylocity Public Key for Data Encryption
Use the Paylocity Public Key to open the encrypted file containing the Client ID and Client Secret. Keep this information in a secure location. You'll need it to setup your Paylocity Connector in OrgChart.
