Overview
Thrive TRM is a Talent Relationship Management software. OrgChart can pull employee records directly from Thrive TRM. The following article provides instructions for preparing your Thrive TRM tenant for OrgChart integration.
Configuring a Thrive TRM Connector
Work with your Thrive TRM System Administrator to create an API Service User.
Ensure the API Service User has permission to view the Contacts Resource.
Generate an API Key attached to the API Service User.

Copy the generated API Key to your Notepad. You will need this when setting up the integration in OrgChart.
