Overview
Users who do not wish to establish a direct API connection must use flat files (generated from ADP) to create their charts.
Upload ADP Data Using an Excel or CSV file
Request a flat file push from your ADP representative. Reference the following formatting requirements:
File must be CSV or Excel
File must follow the OrgChart flat file formatting guidelines
File must contain (at least) the following fields:
Associate ID
Reports to Associate ID
Name
Title
