Viewer
Overview
The Viewer is a read-only environment where users can view and navigate Master Charts and Chart Documents.
Accessing Viewer
Click on the 
in the top-left corner of the screen, and then select the Viewer option.
The Viewer user interface is displayed.
Navigating Viewer
ChartName of the open Master Chart or Chart Document. Click on the name of the open chart, and then click on a different Master Chart or Chart Document to open it.  Master Charts, or charts that are generated from the import of your source data, are displayed above the separator in the dropdown menu. Chart Documents, or charts that are created using source data, but modified in the Workbench, are displayed below the separator in the dropdown menu. Admins can click on the | |
ViewName of the View currently applied to the open Master Chart or Chart Document. Click on the name of the View , and then select a different View to apply to the current chart. Admins can click on the TipAdministrators and Read/Write Users can create and modify Views in the View Manager. | |
LevelsNumber of Levels of the organization displayed on the current subchart. Click the number to increase the number of Levels displayed (up to 5). Admins can click on the | |
 | Activate Saved Filters (created in the Chart Settings: Filters and Highlights panel). Activate Interactive Filtering to filter in/out records dynamically using checkboxes. |
 | Activate Saved Highlights (created in the Chart Settings: Filters and Highlights panel). |
 | Click to adjust the zoom settings on the chart. The following Zoom percentages are available:

 | Enable/ disable Print Preview. When Print Preview is enabled, select the size of the page on which the chart will be displayed. |
 | Click to enable Breadcrumbs while navigating a chart. NoteThe option to toggle Breadcrumbs On/Off can be disabled. Reference the Account Settings: UI Profiles article for more information. |
 | Click to synchronize Master Chart with data source(s). NoteAdministrators can refresh Master Chart data by default. Read/Write users can refresh Master Chart data, if they are assigned a UI Profile with the Allow RW Users to Refresh Master Charts option enabled. |
Additional Options
While navigating Master Charts in Viewer, users can right-click on a record to access the following additional options:
Employee Profile
Spawn the Profile for the selected chart record.
Record Info
Admins can open additional record information for a selected chart record. Additional information includes:
Data source from which the record originates
Any sources that modify the record (i.e. Append Tables or other Merge Data sources).
Fields shown in the current Box Style applied to that record
All fields associated with that record
Click on the See More Fields option to view all fields associated with that record. Users also have the option to search for fields, as well as sort the fields by the source (Main, Append, or Merge) by which they were added.
Note
Additional record information is only available to Administrators.
Record Info | Open additional record information for the selected chart record. Addition information includes:

Make Top of Page | Go to the subchart of the selected chart record. NoteThis option is only available for chart records that are not already the top record of the current subchart, as well as chart records that have subordinates. |
