Overview

OrgChart Now allows Administrators to create custom formulas for display in chart Box Styles, employee Profiles, or on Master Pages.

There are three categories of formulas that administrators can create:

  • Aggregated Fields - Formulas created using source data fields for display in Enumerated Tables. This type of formula eliminates the need to create multiple formulas to calculate and display employee metrics.

  • Dynamic Formulas - Formulas that are calculated based on the present data. This type of formula can be used in Workbench to calculate rollups, and will automatically update as boxes are moved, deleted, or added.

  • Static Formulas- Formulas that are calculated based on a defined scope. This type of formula can be used in Viewer to preserve headcount calculations while navigating the chart.
