Overview

The iCIMS data connector is an applicant tracking system (ATS) that can be configured in conjunction with your ADP  account or other HR management software within OrgChart Now. You can append data from iCIMS into your org charts. This allows you to include open (or vacant) positions in your org chart.

The cost to implement iCIMS in OrgChart is a one-time fee from iCIMS in addition to the monthly cost of OrgChart. To setup iCIMS in OrgChart, contact your iCIMS Account Manager to set up a Scoping Call for integration and technical support (integration can be in the form of flat file or API-based).

  1. Why do I need the iCIMS integration? I am already creating an org charts from my core HR system.

    iCIMS integration allows you to add vacant positions to your org charts.

  2. Is there anything I need to do to enable my connection to iCMIS?

    Yes. iCMIS technical support needs to setup and configure an "integration account" before OrgChart can query iCMIS for data. Please contact orgchartnow@officeworksoftware.com to start the process.

  4. What fields can I pull from iCIMS?

    A fixed set of fields is available in the Team version:

    • Job Title

    • Hiring Manager

    • Job ID

    • Start Date

    • Hire Type (e.g. budgeted)

    In the Enterprise and Premium versions, you can pull any field associated with open requisitions.

  5. Can I filter which open requisitions are included in my org charts?

    Yes.
