Overview
The iCIMS data connector is an applicant tracking system (ATS). OrgChart integrates directly with iCIMS to append open positions into your chart. The following article contains a list of frequently asked questions pertaining to iCIMS' compatibility with OrgChart.

How do I configure an iCIMS connector?
Contact your iCIMS Account Manager to schedule a scoping call for integration and technical support (integration can be in the form of flat file or API-based). There may be an additional fee associated with an iCIMS connection.
How do I set up my connection to iCIMS in OrgChart?

What fields can I pull from iCIMS?
The following fields are available in OrgChart Workbench for Team customers:
Job Title
Hiring Manager
Job ID
Start Date
Hire Type (e.g. budgeted)
Customers with Enterprise and Premium versions can pull any field that match the criteria of the filter.
Can I filter which open requisitions are included in my org charts?
Yes. Contact your iCIMS Representative to create a filter.
How will open requisitions appear in the structure of my org charts?
By default, open requisitions will "report to" the hiring manager associated with the requisition.
Optionally, Enterprise and Premium customers can use a custom base profile to display an alternate reporting relationship (i.e. Open positions report to a supervisor, rather than the hiring manager).
