Paycom is a payroll and human resource management software. OrgChart can pull employee data directly from Paycom. The following is a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) pertaining to Paycom's compatibility with OrgChart.

Q: Can I pull photos from Paycom into OrgChart?


Q: What fields can I pull from Paycom?

OrgChart can pull most employee fields from Paycom, including fields associated with the Labor Allocation Profile.

Q: Can I pull custom fields from Paycom?

Yes. OrgChart can pull custom fields associated with an employee's profile, as long as Custom Fields are enabled in your REST API settings. Contact your Paycom administrator for more information.

Q: Can I limit the fields that a user is able to pull from Paycom?

Not at the API Level. However, you can apply a Limit Field Import Filter to restrict OrgChart from pulling specific fields, if desired.
