Overview
Jobvite allows organizations to manage talent recruitment and onboarding through their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). OrgChart integrates directly with Jobvite ATS to pull open positions. The following article provides step-by-step instructions for configuring a Jobvite connector.
Configuring a Jobvite Connector
In order to configure a Jobvite Connector, you need API credentials. Request API credentials from Jobvite Support here.
Your request should include the following information:
API name requested - Request the Jobs API to enable OrgChart to pull open requisitions from Jobvite.
userEmail - A dedicated Jobvite user to determine that an update was made by the API and not an actual user. This email address needs to accept the Jobvite registration process. Assign the “Administrator” role to this user.
Once the request is actioned, Jobvite will provide you with:
API Key- Provides access to web services to get data related to your company. Enter your API Key in the API Key text box during setup. Reference the Jobvite Setup article for more information.
Secret Key- Validates the API key. Enter your Secret Key in the API Secret text box during setup. Reference the Jobvite Setup article for more information.
