OrgChart Now Help Guide

Web Publishing

Audience: Any User Edition: Enterprise & Premium

You can use the Publish to Web option to create URLs. This is useful for:

  • Bookmarking an org chart in your browser

  • Sharing an org chart via email

  • Embedding an org chart in a public or private website

Published URL content is automatically updated whenever the linked chart document is updated. This means that your intranet org charts are automatically synchronized with your HR System.

Opening Publish to Web

Select Home > Web.

If the Publish to Web option is not displayed, you may need to hit this arrow to the right of the Excel icon to make it visible.
