Box Styles Panel

Overview

Box Styles  are a quick way to format boxes within an org chart. OrgChart Now includes a library of predefined (System) Box Styles. You can also create your own (User) Box Styles as needed.

The Box Styles Panel can be found in the lower right-hand side of the user interface with the rest of the Side Panels.

Managing Box Styles

The Box Styles panel provides an interface for applying and managing Box Styles. There are two built-in libraries:

Available predefined Box Styles that cannot be modified.

The Shared box styles library allows box styles to be accessed between users.

The User box styles library is where you create or edit user created box styles.

Box Styles Toolbar

In the Box Styles panel, the following tools are available:

Add a new Box Style. If a box in the chart is selected when clicking this icon, it will be used as the starting point for the new template.

Edit selected Box Style.

Replace selected Box Style.

Delete selected Box Style.

Duplicate selected Box Style.

Rename selected Box Style.

Reorder selected Box Style up.

Save changes to Shared/User Box Styles.
