Chart Settings

Overview

Chart Settings consists of several panels in which administrators can configure the overall presentation of any Master Chart in the account.

Accessing Chart Settings

Click More > Chart Settings.

Click the Chart dropdown to select the Master Chart you would like to configure.

Click the Settings dropdown to access the various Chart Settings panels.

The settings configured in the following panels apply to the selected Master Chart.

Create an organizational chart from one or more data sources.

Chart Settings: Mapping

Identify required and optional fields.

Chart Settings: Fields & Formulas

Update field properties and define/edit formulas.

Chart Settings: Presentation

Adjust various presentation options.

Chart Settings: Profile

Customize the fields displayed in the Profile baseball card.

Chart Settings: Filters & Highlights

Define and update filters and highlights.

Chart Settings: Chart Builder

Take a snapshot of any subset of a Master Chart and create Dynamic Formulas.

Chart Settings: Subcharts & Shortcuts

Configure the naming convention and sort keys for subcharts, and create shortcuts.

Chart Settings: Publish

Configure the export output.

Chart Settings: Search & Directory

Select fields available for Advanced Search and configure Directory Mode search keys and results.

Chart Settings: Refresh

Configure the refresh schedule and email notification options.

Chart Settings: Point in Time Charts

Configure archival settings for the Point in Time module.
